The Resource Bank Executive Team has implemented a Business Contingency Plan so that your Bank can remain operational in the event of an emergency or evacuation situation. During Hurricane season we routinely follow updates from the National Hurricane Center.
All ATMs will remain fully functional as long as electricity remains available. Online and Mobile Banking should not be affected. Safe deposit box access is limited to posted lobby hours.

October 29, 2020; 5:00am CST (Final Update) - Power has been restored to all locations. All Resource Bank Branches and Operations will resume normal hours beginning Friday, October 30th.
October 29, 2020; 7:00am CST - Mandeville locations (West Causeway Branch, Hwy 59 Branch, North Causeway ATM, and Trailhead ATM) are closed as we recover from Hurricane Zeta. Please re-route business to our Covington Branches at this time. New Orleans (CBD) Branch will not open today. Metairie Branch will open at 10:00am.
October 28, 2020; 8:00am CST - Overnight changes to Hurricane Zeta have increased the chance of high winds and possible street flooding in our market areas. Inclement weather will begin earlier than previously expected. All Resource Bank locations will now close at 10:00am today, October 28th. We antcipate normal business hours for Thursday, October 29th. Please stay safe and weather alert.
October 27, 2020; 4:00pm CST - To keep our employees safe as inclement weather approaches, we will close our Jefferson, Orleans, St. Tammany, and Washington Parish locations at 1:00pm on Wednesday, October 28th. High winds and possible street flooding are anticipated due to Hurricane Zeta. At this time, we antcipate normal business hours for our Baton Rouge Branch.

September 14, 2020; 3:05pm CST - The current forecast is for Hurricane Sally to make landfall in Mississippi on Tuesday. To keep our employees safe in the event the track shifts westerly, Resource has elected to DELAY opening Northshore and Southshore Branches until 10:00am on Tuesday, September 15th. We will closely monitor overnight changes and may further delay our start time. Our Baton Rouge Branch will operate normal business hours. Next update anticipated at 8:35am on 9.15.2020. September 14, 2020; 8:25am CST - In an effort to support our clients, Northshore and Southshore Branches will remain open until 4pm CST today, September 14th. Baton Rouge will operate normal business hours. The current forecast is for Tropical Storm Sally to strengthen into a Category 1 Hurricane. We are watching the track closely and will announce further updates by 4:00pm.
