Experience and Education: Associates degree preferred but a combination of education and work experience will be considered. High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required. Over 1 years of banking/lending support experience preferred. Appraisal Administrative Assistant | Covington

Position Summary: This position reports to the Appraisal Department Manager and Staff Appraiser and is responsible for ordering third party appraisals of both residential and commercial properties to determine its value for purchase, investment, mortgage, and/ or other loan purposes. This position provides assistance to the Appraisal department in obtaining corrections to third party appraisals when errors are found during the review process. Also provides assistance in the preparation of in-house and full residential appraisal assignments, by receiving requests from lenders and setting up the assignments in the appraisal software.
