Vendor Management Coordinator/Administrative Assistant | Covington, LA
Position Summary: This position reports to the Executive Assistant of the CEO. Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of the Vendor Management Program and will provide administrative support to the Executive Department. Responsibilities include classifying, recording, and obtaining information. Performing any combination of routine clerical duties in the organization. This position is responsible for duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation. Assignments may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing. Frequent use of personal vehicle is required.
Experience and Education: Bachelor Degree Preferred with over 2 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other job related specialized computer software is preferred.
Credit Administration Clerk | Covington, LA
Position Summary: This position reports to the Credit Officer and is responsible for verifying previously scanned documents and adding them into our image system. Responsibilities also include entering various financial information about new loans into reports, as well as serving as primary greeter for all departments on the floor and serve as telephone operator for the department. Special projects will vary from time to time.
Experience and Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Over 1 year, up to and including 2 years of loan document experience preferred.
Marketing Assistant | Covington, LA
Position Summary: This position reports to the Marketing Manager and assists with the implementation of the marketing activities of the bank. Main responsibilities include corporate sponsorship coordination, merchandising, communicating with external vendors, and providing administrative support to assist in internal activities. Other duties include corporate scheduling, assisting in event implementation, maintaining digital files, tracking budgets and expenses, and maintaining brand standards. The Marketing Assistant should be an excellent record keeper with attention to detail, a self-starter, and equally comfortable in behind-the-scenes and in networking situations. They should have the ability to prioritize, a high sense of urgency, and be willing to exceed deadline expectations.
Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or minimum of 2 years of relevant work. Marketing or Administrative experience a plus. A wide degree of organization, attention to detail, and latitude is expected.
Fraud Specialist | Covington, LA
Position Summary: This position reports to the Banking Operations & Systems Director. This position requires you to manage the disputes/claims that come in to the Fraud area, work closely with employees in multiple departments to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, and to stay abreast of all rules and regulations applicable to Reg. E claims and check fraud.
Experience and Education: Knowledge of ACH disputes, AAP and/or NCP Certification preferred. Use of advanced Excel and database skills, FINBOA, Intercept, BAM+ and other fraud detection systems preferred. Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 years of equivalent experience in Fraud related areas of financial institutions.
Personal Banker (Teller) | Part-Time | Baton Rouge
Position Summary: This position reports to the Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Chief Retail Banking Officer. This position is also responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer in addition to rotating the branch vault, which includes cash, coin, negotiable instruments, etc.
Experience and Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Previous teller experience preferred. Cash handling experience preferred.
