Resource Voice-24 Telephone Banking is a service for you to dial in to access your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It's a dialed-in way to keep track of your banking. All you need is your Resource Bank account number along with your personal identification number (PIN).

  • Obtain account balance on checking or savings accounts.

  • Obtain transaction history for checking and savings accounts.

  • Transfer funds between related accounts.

  1. Call the telephone banking phone number: 1.877.626.9112

  2. Choose either Account Information or Transfer Funds from the menu presented, and enter your account number.

  3. You will be prompted to enter your 6-digit PIN.

  4. Once your PIN is validated, you can begin using the IVR application.

If you do not have a 6-digit PIN, you will be prompted to enter you social security number (SSN) and date of birth (DOB).

If your SSN and/or DOB are not validated, one of two actions will occur:

  1. The system captures your information and creates a pending application.

  2. The system may request you to try again later, or to call Resource Bank for more information.

If your SSN and DOB are validated, the system checks to see if you are an Online Banking client.

If you are a current Online Banking client:

  1. A new Customer ID is created.

  2. The customer is prompted to set up their PIN.

  3. The customer begins using the IVR application.

If you are not an Online Banking client and the system can identify you as a Resource Bank client:

  1. A new Customer ID is created.

  2. You will be prompted to set up a PIN.

  3. You can begin using Voice-24.
