Administrative Assistant - (Executive Office) | Covington, LA
Position Summary: This position reports to the Executive Assistant of the CEO and provides administrative support to the Executive Department. Responsibilities include assisting with the coordination of all aspects of the Vendor Management Program. Responsibilities include classifying, recording, and obtaining information. Performing any combination of routine clerical duties in the organization. This position is responsible for duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation. Assignments may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing. Frequent use of personal vehicle is required.
Experience and Education: Bachelor Degree Preferred with over 2 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other job related specialized computer software is preferred.
Relationship Manager (CSR) | West Causeway Branch (Mandeville)
Position Summary: This position reports to the Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Chief Retail Banking Officer. This position is responsible for assisting customers desiring to open bank accounts, explaining banking services available to prospective customers and assisting them in preparing application forms.
Experience and Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); 5+ years of banking (branch) experience, with at least 2 years of Relationship Manager (CSR) related experience.
Personal Banker - Part-Time | Baton Rouge
Position Summary: This position reports to the Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Business and Branch Services Director. This position is also responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer in addition to rotating the branch vault, which includes cash, coin, negotiable instruments, etc.
Experience and Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Previous teller experience preferred. Cash handling experience preferred.

Position Summary: This position reports to the Chief Lending Officer and/or Market Leader and responsibilities include creating new banking relationships and maintaining existing banking relationships consisting of loan and deposit products.
Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Knowledge of numbers, their operations, and interrelationships including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their application. Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services including needs assessment techniques, quality service standards, alternative delivery systems and customer satisfaction evaluation technique.
Human Resources Generalist | Covington, LA
Position Summary: This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and is responsible for various HR functions. This position will be responsible for personnel records, hiring/termination processes, compiling reports, processing payroll, and benefit administration. This position is responsible for providing assistance to the Human Resources Manager and the Senior Human Resources Generalist in daily activities and special projects.
Experience and Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and knowledge of Human Resources functions with at least three to five years’ experience in a human resources department preferred. Alternate preparation such as an associate's degree with over five years of direct HR experience may be substituted. Human Resource experience in banking industry preferred.
Senior Loan Administration Processor | Covington, LA
Position Summary: This position reports to the Loan Administration Manager and is responsible for reviewing and preparing loan papers to ensure completeness and is responsible for the functions required to complete transactions between the loan establishment and borrowers for consumer, commercial and real estate transactions.
Experience and Education: Associate's Degree (or other 2-year degree) and/ or equivalent loan administration experience. Five (5) years of experience in consumer and commercial loan processing preferred. Experience in Laser-Pro preferred.
