View all debits and credits posted to your accounts as well as pending items. See real-time activity, available balance, and account details.
Transfer funds between your authorized Online Banking accounts. You can schedule single, multiple, or reoccurring transfers and set up transfer templates for future use.
Apple Touch ID®, Face ID®, and Android Fingerprint Authentication available to access account balances quickly and securely. You can enable Biometrics by logging in to the app, navigating to More menu, and selecting Settings – Quick Access.

Access our branch and ATM Locator directly from RB Mobile. Directional maps send you to the nearest fee-free ATM. You can even plan ahead and search our nationwide fee-free ATMs by zip code.
If you forget your passcode, you can use the “Forgot Passcode” link on the login module of our website or app. You will need to verify your account and contact information to generate a temporary passcode as part of the four-step process. You can also change your passcode inside of Online Banking using the Services & Settings page.

You can check account balances in RB Mobile without full authentication. When enabled and selected from the home screen, PreView only displays the user’s accounts and balances. No other information is given and no banking functions can be performed without signing on. You can enable PreView by logging in to the app, navigating to More menu, and selecting Settings – Quick Access.
Send secure messages and file attachments through Online Banking directly to Resource Bank Customer Service. Never send personal information via an unsecured email.

Make a deposit directly into your checking or savings account using Mobile Deposit on RB Mobile via supported iOSTM and AndroidTM devices. Simply take a picture with your phone's camera and enter the deposit amount. Your check will be securely sent to Resource Bank for processing. It's that easy.
Mobile Deposit Quick Steps:

Endorse the check you wish to deposit with "For RB Mobile Deposit Only" and your signature.

Open your RB Mobile App and sign on.

Select "Deposit" button.

Click “Continue” twice.

Take a photo of the front and back of your check. Our MiSnap™ auto camera technology will focus and snap the photo for you, or you may manually snap the photo.

Select the account you wish to deposit into.

Enter the check amount.

Click “Continue”. Review deposit information.

Click “Approve”. You will receive confirmation that your deposit is being reviewed.

Do I have to deposit during business hours?

No. You can deposit at any time, from anywhere.

Can checks be deposited into a business account?

Yes. You can use the RB Mobile App to deposit checks into your business account. If you have many business deposits, you may benefit from our RPM Desktop Check Processing. RPM is a business service that allows for multiple checks to be scanned at one time.

How quickly will my money be in my account?

Processing days for Mobile Deposit are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST, with the exception of bank and Federal Holidays. All deposits are subject to Resource Bank's Fund's Availability Policy.

Can I deposit multiple checks at one time?

No, you are only able to deposit one check at a time. However, there is no daily limit on the number of deposits made into your account.

What if I want to split my mobile deposit into multiple accounts?

A mobile deposit can only be deposited into one specific account. You are not able to split up a deposit into multiple accounts. However, once the funds are available from your deposit, you may transfer the funds.
Transfer fee-free between your accounts with ease using the Transfer Tab (in RB Mobile) or the Move Money Tab (in Online Banking).

Our Mobile Deposit service uses advanced encryption and security technology. It is also important to note:

How can I retrieve images of my deposit or a deposit receipt?

You can view a Record of Deposit and your Deposit Item Image(s) in Online Banking. Please note, Deposit Item Images(s) are only available via Online Banking and are not viewable in RB Mobile.

Do I receive notifications for my mobile deposits?
Mobile Deposit verification emails come from monitor@ensenta.com.
You will receive an email notification of “Deposit Received” and another one once your deposit has been approved, “Deposit Approved”. Also, if there is an issue with your deposit, an email will be sent to you stating the reason why.

Can I still deposit checks at my branch if I want to?

Yes. Checks are always still accepted at the branch. However, you may not deposit a check that you have already deposited on Mobile Deposit.

Can I use both Text Banking and Mobile Banking on my phone?

Yes, you can use both options from the same phone. To do so, you will need to activate each option by logging into Online Banking, User Services tab and click on Mobile Enroll to enroll your phone in this service before use.

Is Text Banking supported on my phone?

Text Banking will work on any text message (SMS) capable phone from our supported carriers.

Will I receive unsolicited text messages?

No. You will only receive messages when you specifically request them with one of the Text Banking commands.

Is there a charge for using Text Banking?

No, Resource Bank does not charge a fee. Your mobile provider's message and data rate may apply.

Are Notify Me alerts the same as Text Banking?

No, we do offer a text alert feature as part of "Notify Me Alerts in via Online Banking. Notify Me is personalized Email Alerts or Text Alerts to notify you of account status.
