Commercial and Private Banking Associate | New Orleans
Position Summary: This position reports to the Commercial and Private Banking Officer or Senior Commercial and Private Banking Officer/Market Leader and is responsible for managing the loan and deposit portfolio developed by the officer as well as assisting others in the department, including the Commercial and Private Banking Officers and Manager.
Experience and Education: Associates degree preferred but a combination of education and work experience will be considered. High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required. Over 1 years of banking/lending support experience preferred. Will consider previous branch banking experience as acceptable.
Appraisal Administrative Assistant | Covington
Position Summary: This position reports to the Appraisal Department Manager and Staff Appraiser and is responsible for ordering third party appraisals of both residential and commercial properties to determine its value for purchase, investment, mortgage, and/ or other loan purposes. This position provides assistance to the Appraisal department in obtaining corrections to third party appraisals when errors are found during the review process. Also provides assistance in the preparation of in-house and full residential appraisal assignments, by receiving requests from lenders and setting up the assignments in the appraisal software.
Experience and Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required. Basic computer knowledge and ability to type necessary.
Marketing Administrative Assistant | Covington
Position Summary: This position reports to the Marketing Manager and assists with the implementation of the marketing activities of the bank. Main responsibilities include corporate sponsorship coordination and scheduling, merchandising, communicating with external vendors, providing administrative support, and assisting with all event planning/hospitality activities. Other duties include corporate communications, maintaining digital files, tracking budgets and expenses, and maintaining brand standards. The Marketing Admin Assistant should be an excellent record keeper with attention to detail, a self-starter with an eye for design, and equally comfortable in behind-the-scenes and in hospitality situations. They should have the ability to prioritize, a high sense of urgency, and be willing to exceed deadline expectations.
Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or minimum of 2 years of relevant work. Marketing, Hospitality, and Administrative experience a plus. A wide degree of organization, attention to detail, and latitude is expected.
Loan Administration Processor | Covington
Position Summary: This position reports to the Loan Administration Manager and is responsible for reviewing loan papers to ensure completeness and is responsible for the functions required to complete transactions between the loan establishment and borrowers for commercial and real estate loans.
Experience and Education: Associate's Degree (or other 2-year degree) and/ or equivalent loan administration experience. A combination of education and work experience will be considered. Experience in consumer and commercial loan processing preferred. 2 years of Laser Pro experience preferred.
Personal Banker (Teller) | Baton Rouge
Position Summary: This position reports to the Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Business and Branch Services Director. This position is also responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer in addition to rotating the branch vault, which includes cash, coin, negotiable instruments, etc.
Experience and Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Previous teller experience preferred. Cash handling experience preferred.
