Important Notes

Cookies Must be set to allow 3rd party cookies for the Online Banking interface to properly function.
Screen Resolution A minimum screen resolution of 1024 by 768 pixels is suggested to view the site correctly. For PFM, smaller resolutions may prevent view of all of the features or navigation within the tool.
Pop-Up Windows Must be allowed in the browser for full Online Banking functionality including session time out notifications.

Our policy is to make funds from your cash and check deposits available to you on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Once the funds are available, you can withdraw them in cash and we will use them to pay checks that you have written.

For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before the close of business on any business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after the close of business or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open.

  • Cut-off time is 5:00pm CST for deposits made through: Mobile App, RPM Desktop, and Lock Box.

  • Cut-off time is 3:00pm CST for deposits made through deposit accepting ATMs.

  • All RPM desktop, mobile, and ATM deposit items require review and acceptance by Resource Bank prior to above cut off times.


In some cases, we will not make all of the funds that you deposit by check available to you on the first business day after the day of your deposit. Depending on the type of check that you deposit, funds may not be available until the 2nd business day after the day of your deposit. The first $225.00 of your deposits, however, may be available on the first business day.

If we are not going to make all of the funds from your deposit available on the first business day, we will notify you at the time you make your deposit. We will also tell you when the funds will be available. If your deposit is not made directly to one of our employees, or if we decide to take this action after you have left the premises, we will mail you the notice by the day after we receive your deposit.

If you will need the funds from a deposit right away, you should ask us when the funds will be available.

In addition, funds you deposit by check may be delayed for a longer period under the following circumstances:

  • We believe a check you deposit will not be paid.

  • You deposit checks totaling more than $5,525.00 on any one day.

  • You redeposit a check that has been returned unpaid.

  • You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the last 6 months.

  • There is an emergency, such as failure of communications or computer equipment, closure due to inclement weather, etc.

We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and we will tell you when the funds will be available. They will generally be available no later than the 7th business day after the day of your deposit. The Financial Institution may delay the posting of an International ACH Transaction (IAT) entry due to additional OFAC screening requirements.


If you are a new customer, the following special rules will apply during the first 30 days your account is open. Funds from electronic direct deposits to your account will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Funds from deposits of cash, wire transfers, and the first $5,525.00 of a day's total deposits of cashier's, certified, teller's, travelers, and federal, state and local government checks will be available on the 1st business day after the day of your deposit if the deposit meets certain conditions. The excess over $5,525.00 may be held and if so, will be available on the 9th business day after the day of your deposit.

Funds from all other check deposits may be held and if so, will be available on the 9th business day after the day we receive your deposit.


  1. Agreement: These rules govern all Resource Bank giveaways (the “Sweepstakes”). No purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. The act of entering the Sweepstakes constitutes as acceptance of the Sweepstakes rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which decisions shall be final and binding on all entrants.

  2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes sponsor is Resource Bank (the “Sponsor”) 70533 Hwy 21, Covington, LA 70433.

  3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older. Entrants do not have to be a customer in order to be eligible to win. The following are not eligible to enter or win a prize: employees, directors and advisories of Resource Bank (the “Sponsor”). Void where prohibited.

  4. Sweepstakes Period: Please refer to Appendix A for a list of past and current Sweepstakes offered.

  5. Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes and be eligible to win a prize, visit Resource Bank on its Facebook social media site and engage in the following actions:

    1. Like/Follow our page
    2. Locate the current giveaway post and share
    3. Tag a friend

    Only the Entrant who makes a comment or tag will be entered to win the prize. The tagged friends will not be entered to win the prize. Limit of one (1) entry per person per social media platform.

  6. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen by random draw during the time frame noted in Appendix A. Winners will be announced on the Facebook platform by a Sponsor representative. The Sponsor will also direct message the winner to notify them of their winning. Winners must reply within forty-eight (48) hours to maintain eligibility. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within this time period, such potential winner will be disqualified, his/her entry will be declared null and void, and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select at random another eligible entry, in which event these provisions shall apply to such other eligible entry.

    Winners are subject to verification, including verification of age. It is preferred the winner go to one of Resource Bank’s nine branches to collect the prize won. If a winner does not claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification, another eligible entry will be selected and contacted and the first selected entrant will have no further claim to the prize. Sponsor will agree to mail the prize should in-person pick up not be feasible. If the prize is mailed, Resource Bank is not responsible for the delay in delivery, theft, or for any prizes lost in the mail.

  7. Prizes: One (1) prize awarded in total to social media entrants.

  8. Winners List: To obtain a list of the winners, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Resource Bank Sweepstakes, at Resource Bank 70533 Hwy 21, Covington, LA 70433.

  9. Release: Prior to receiving a prize, each potential winner will be required to show valid photo ID, sign an IRS form w-9 for gift reporting, and sign a declaration of eligibility and release form releasing the Sponsor and its related parties from any and all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes and/or the prize; confirming compliance with these sweepstake rules; and consenting to the use of his or her name and photograph, in any and all forms of media, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Sponsor and/or its advertising and promotional agencies. The signed form must be received by Sponsor within 48 hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

  10. Banning: The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any person from entering any Sweepstakes whom it believes to be abusing the rules. Such abuse includes but is not limited to entering false information and entering more than once.

  11. Changes: Resource Bank reserves the right to change Sweepstakes rules and/or dates at any time without additional notice. In the event of any dispute pertaining to this Sweepstakes, the decision of Resource Bank Management is final.

  12. Other: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Louisiana and the laws of The USA applicable therein and is void where prohibited by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes or the Sweepstakes rules at any time without notice. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes are awarded as-is and no warranties or guarantees are implied or expressed. The Sponsor is not liable for any lost, late, misdirected, damaged or stolen entries or inability to process entries, or any errors, damage, injury or negligence that may arise in connection with this Sweepstakes, including technical failures or issues on any website, app or software, viruses, website disruptions, malfunctions or website down-time, human error, personal injury or property damage incurred by any Sweepstakes entrant. The Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Sweepstakes. Use of any automated system including robotic or form filling software to enter or participate in this Contest is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all entries by anyone using such assistance.

  13. NON-AFFILIATION CLAUSE: Resource Bank and Facebook® are not affiliated. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook® or any of the businesses mentioned as part of prize giveaways. Facebook® is a registered trademark.
